Тяжелые погодные условия серьезно ухудшили обстановку с лесными пожарами в округе Севи американского штата Теннесси. Порывы ветра, которые превышали 110 км/ч, обрушили огонь на город Гатлинберг, сообщает CNN.
В Гатлинберге и соседних населенных пунктах эвакуированы 14 тысяч жителей. В популярном туристическом центре огонь уничтожил или повредил более 100 домов и отелей. Пока не помогает даже дождь: здания продолжают гореть, сообщает USA Today.
